At Anchor Business Partners, the Principles each have decades of executive leadership experience in the telecommunications, banking and commercial cleaning industries. They have depth of experience in Leadership Development, Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Strategic Planning, as well as M&A, CEPA, and Finance & Accounting. 


Anchor Business Partners is a Christ-centered advisory firm serving service-business owners who believe leadership, capital, and authority are stewardships entrusted by God.

Scott McClymonds - Co-Founder

Scott has spent 10 years in the Commercial Cleaning industry has become well known in several trade associations, ISSA and BSCAI, speaks and contributes at conferences, and has been featured in trade association publications.


Prior to owning the commercial cleaning company, Scott invested 25 years as a senior leader in the banking industry leading marketing and analytics teams. 


Anchor Skillsets:

Scott has taught the Bible in churches for over 40 years, and has served as a Ruling Elder in the Presbyterian Church in America for the last 25.  Scott has also acquired several coaching certifications as well as the CEPA designation.

Brian has owned and operated a faith-based commercial cleaning franchise for the last 12 years focusing on healthcare and financial institutions. 


In prior years, Brian invested 25 Years as a Telecommunications senior level executive, focusing on strategic growth initiatives, capital procurement, and mergers & acquisitions 


Anchor Skillsets: Deal Sourcing, Deal origination prep, Faith-based Strategic Planning, Exit Planning and post-merger Cultural Integration.

Experienced digital marketer, on-line small business owner, and 2-term Maine State House of Representative for District 37 with focus on Energy and Utility law.  


In her spare time, Reagan coached high school girls' basketball to two state championships.

Dean is a leader, optimist, trusted advisor, and technologist with 25+ years helping organizations make smarter technology decisions for operational success. As a vendor-neutral broker and strategist based in Colorado, he guides simple and complex initiatives from strategy to execution.


Beyond business, he is a sought-after podcast guest on technology, business philosophy, and leadership, and provides play-by-play for high school hockey broadcasts. Dean is guided by a simple principle to "leave everyone better than you find them".


Anchor Skillsets: Faith-guided service to others; Vendor-neutral technology strategy & procurement; Building trust-based client relationships; Creating clarity from technology complexities. Dean also assist in network topology analysis for valuation purposes.

Terry Bishop has nearly 20 years experience in executive finance roles in the community bank and specialty construction industries. Terry has used deep dive analytics to gather insights into customer behavior that have led to substantially more efficient sales and pricing strategies.


In 2004, Terry served in the US Army in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom II. 

Terry’s leadership style is driven by his faith as he strides to first serve those whom he has the privilege to lead. 


Anchor Skillsets:  His faith compels him to be the best possible steward of the resources entrusted to him. Terry believes that as a steward he has the fiduciary responsibility to generate the best possible return for the shareholders of the companies he works with.

As President of Citizens Bank, Brian oversees all aspects of Consumer and Commercial Banking.
